Who would you say and some good top and supports that are always playable , not heavy meta reliant. Ones that aren't necessarily Op , but never really a bad choice. Worlds has gotten me thinking about Rumble, he always appears every year.

support always works.
Maybe a little on the "weaker side" in a mage botlane meta, but otherwise she fits into almost any team comp.
Leo10241 votesYeah she's a good support, not a lot of peel or engage but she puts the adc on steroids, it's pretty crazy, her poke is nice too

is pretty much one of the safest toplaners, can never really be killed unless you fuck up royally top.
as for support, maybe
braum will always be able to probably block mage projectiles and adcarry autos for his team, and janna is well, janna. shes just an overall good support because she just makes fighting almost pointless at times.
