Seriously man, I do not want to be matched with anyone that would rather type an essay midgame flaming both teams instead of focusing on the objective.

That would make a pseudo prisoner's island, as well as increase queue times, and make match making even worse. In ranked, I'd rather be matched with someone who can play well but flames like there's no tomorrow than someone's who's nice but terrible at the game. I can mute chat, I can't stop someone from being bad.

Well there's a simple solution to that: don't feed.

You'd be surprised how little people type when their team isn't giving them reason to.
