I was looking through the Patch 8.4 changes and I saw that two new AP items were “added” to the game. I’ve heard that Spellbinder is good on a lot of AP midlanders, but I haven’t heard much about Twin Shadows. Is it worth buying as an item? And if so, who would you recommend buying it for? Any feedback is welcome, and thanks in advance :)
its best on ap supports that dont really buy support items
Its nice on Xerath to make sure they can't run from your ult. It's a good cheap ap item that gives movespeed and ghosts for catching and avoiding getting caught. It's for the midlaner that wants greater control of the dragon/baron area by walking around safely and warding or roaming because they know its clear after sending out the spoopy ghosts.
I'm pleased with it. I was a little worried when they killed Frost Queen's claim, but this makes up for it. :)
