To Be Honest, Grinding IP feels horrible.

Honestly, just don't even think about it. Find a few champions you like and play them a bunch, and before you know it you're sitting on a pile of IP you can't spend.

We had an IP Boost back in January from the All-Stars rewards.

Just do what I do and play the free champs that come out every week. Even if you don't play mages, adc's, sup, or junglers, just give the champs you haven't played a try. I used to main top (Wukong and Garen) when I first started playing league, but after trying out some champs, I found that I like the support role the most. Now I main Thresh and Braum even though I would've never thought of playing these guys when I first started playing. I have about 20k ip and I don't really plan on buying any champs soon either (unless Riot releases a new support champ). Plus, trying out the free champs lets you get a feel for a champ you might be interested in before you buy them and then decide you don't like them so much and then waste a refund on them.

Bro just wait forthe 5x ip multipliers. They give them out every once in a while. Sometimes when your country wins LCS. But yeah you get insane IP during those. Same with 2 for 1 rune page sales. Yw.

It's a free game, what do you expect? Grind or buy RP

It's not forcing anything, there are very inexpensive champions and they rotate free ones every week
