aftershock is to strong. supportes like pyke and blitzcrank q you then become unkillable
kayn healing is absolute joke. hes popping in fights and legit unkillable due to him healing over and over of his ablity and domination runes to strong

brand lands skill shots brand isnt broken if u land spells ive been playing brand 3 seasons solid.. and u hit people in lane. funny that kayn mains hit diamond plus all the time and hes a jungler course he not in lane casting spells 24 7

Shatter the Sun1 votesIt was changed so it could be used on squishies. It used to be percentage but no one took it cause it was bad. The rune is abused on 2 champs, galio is dead afaik. Liss was strong before aftershock. It isnt aftershock's fault and even then not all of them use aftershock, some use comet or electrocute. The rune is fine, nerf the champ.
