Ohmwrecker ideas

Hey, just like throwing out ideas to help improve Ohmwrecker as a whole, if you wanna join in on making some ideas for this champion, comment below, ill love to hear about your ideas below.

So to make this short, ill explain my idea first hand and give out what it should look like.

My goal is to have this item be more impact-ful early game and have a say for late game, that being said, i want to shift some of the stats around and have a bigger goal in mind.

1. allow this item to be more effective in tower-diving without increasing the duration of the towers being disabled
2. allow a more flexibility to this item and have early access to this item (one time use similiar to stopwatch)
3. remove the multiple towers being disabled all at once

here my idea

Raptor's Cloak + Chain Vest + {New_Item} + 450g = Ohmwrecker

Stats:

Armor: 80 hp regen: 250%

Removed: UNIQUE: Targets an enemy turret to prevent it from attacking for 3 seconds (120 second cooldown). This effect cannot be used against the same tower more than once every 8 seconds. New: Select an Enemy's turret to disabled it for 3 seconds (60 second cooldown), this effect cannot be used against the same tower more then once every 120 seconds

UNIQUE – POINT RUNNER: Builds up to 20% bonus movement speed over 2 seconds while near turrets, fallen turrets and Void Gates.
