The new urf is just bad and here's why and how to fix it
first off lets me say this to you riot
there are lot of hidden op champs in urf BUT MOST OF THEM ARE BAD *people who have slow skill shots (talking about nami and her slow as hell ult) *people who have spells that are still bad with 80% cdr cough cough RAKA
and some champ are just too strong
mostly because a lot of people like to play them and know an bit about them more than that rek'sai you gave them
like kat (and most of her 1 hitting friends)
what i think you riot should do to fix it

let players pick there champ

limit how often they can play them
you have the power to track peoples match history make sure people try new champions have them not play an champ once for more then 10 hours but you could get rid of an hour by playing and match and add time to all of there champs if there reported by a lot of people in an match
- PUT THIS INTO THE OLD TEAMBULIDER this way you got a lot less people raging because someone went amumu and thats not ok for them they can deside if they want to play on the same team as that guy
