blood price/blood thirst bug
when you use blood price with a shield from the blood thrister it lowers you hp instaded of the shield

Not a bug, W blood price well as the name says doesn't "damage" you, you have to "pay" with your HP.
Example, Mordekaiser doesn't lose shield to cast his spells, he still loses HP even if he has full shield.
