when i was playing urf with my steel legen lux skin i was about the die and i knew that if i used i would live tell the game ended jsut to piss off yasuo and when i came out afther the scrne sayed vitory my glass ended and i started walking

hourglass does this on all champs, because it only temporarily cancel's movement but does not outright cancel the movement command.
