Evelyn remake thoughts

Resource
- Shadows, stealth, cloak, darkness, pick one.
- Because mana really doesn't gate her with her current passive. It only hurts her as she stays in combat. So lets work around that.
Passive
- Her old Dark Frenzy. Gains stacking MS as she deals damage to enemies.
- Probably some mechanics tied to her resource too.
Q
- Increased damage to single out targets(Like Karthus's Q).
W
- Can be activated to grant stealth. This will consume her resource. Higher ranks will consume less. You can still see her when near her.
- This stealth is not 100%. Instead it reduces the range at which you are viable. This includes towers, wards and champions. Meaning wards will see her if she walks on top of them.
- On activation gains 15/20/25/30/35% movement speed while stealthed. Doubling for 3 seconds when leaving stealth, decaying over the duration.
- Has no cast cost when used outside of combat. When in combat it does. If a kill or assist is achieved, she may activate it without cost, in combat for a small duration.
E
- Overall unchanged. Damage buffs likely.
R
- Now applies a Nocturne ult type effect to enemies hit.
- It slightly reduces their vision, but not from eachother.
- It reduces the vision range you can see Evelyn. So it's like she has an improved stealth up, only to those targets though.
- First basic attack deals bonus magic damage based on the number of enemies hit up to a cap.
What does this do to her?
- She is no longer perma-stealth and immune to wards.
- With this in mind she is allowed to have higher damage to assassinating.
- Her assassinating is weaker in small groups, keeping her early game in check.
- Her power comes from controlling vision.
- Her damage is still overall weak. Similar to Katarina, who's damage outside her ult and rests isn't actually really low for an assassin.
- Instead she's more of a utility assassin. With the tools to get to the target, but maybe not always the damage.
