This is not a bullshit post. I am legit building this pc and I am confident it will smash league.. but out of curiosity, does anyone know about how many frames I can get? Maybe you have these parts and can tell me + other games. Specs: Case: old hp pavilion Motherboard msi b350 chipset Cpu: ryzen 3 1200/ with stock cooler which i hear is good. Ram: 8gb 3200mhz Gpu: Gtx 1060 (6g) 500w psu I plan on overclocking all components monitor is 1ms 75 hz 1080p (idk if that matters to you)

I think the framerate for league will be CPU bound or hard capped by how they coded it.

The GPU smashes it but there is a little CPU work involved to determine the state of the game on each frame and then tell the GPU how to update the graphics accordingly. With a GPU so far above the needs of this game, the other hardware become the bottlenecks.

Can you tell me your budget? I'd recommend running an AMD RX 480 over a gtx 1060. Depending on if you multitask or not, intel pentium duo core overclocked would be enough for moderate 40-50 fps gaming, if you want more power, go i5 or ryzen 5 over i3 and ryzen 3.

ryzen is such an easy upgrade path though. I can just sell the ryzen 3 for a ryzen 5 or 7 later. Budget is complicated cause I'm getting help. It's supposed to be 600 but this build is 700, and after mail in rebates it's like.. 660. I'm pretty sure I can still do it. I'm also buying the monitor for like 100 bucks because my monitor doesn't have hdmi for the gpu. So yeah I'm past my budget but I'm gonna make it happen no matter what bc I've been waiting for like 3 years for a decent pc.
