Is it me, or is Morgana support bad and has been bad lately; even though she hasn't been nerfed in a while?
She doesn't feel like she has that threatening vibe like she used to for some reason. Is it me, or have you felt the same as well?

She is quite tricky. Her snare has a long CD, so you need to know when to use it perfectly, or else you're pretty much useless for 10 seconds (more or less). Plus early, the mana const is obnoxious. The skillshot itself is really slow and people should be able to dodge it. Her shield needs to be timed perfectly or else it gets destroyed and the fight is lost. For her ult she needs to be on top of them. Not so easy, especially for a beginner (and the rating are usually a help for them). meanwhile Yasuo has a "difficulty rating: 10".

I know there is going to be quite a bit to play her well. The difference is the difference between "using the kit well /versus/ being effective and simply getting the kit". What I mean is that Morgana's abilities and their interactions to each other are pretty much a case of written on the tin. The main point I was alluding was that some people have certain severe misconception about the relative difficulty of what they are doing, skill shots is one of them.
