Why is jinx considered god tier on nerfplz?

Vayne can easily outdamage her all game. I went 30 and 10 against a jinx a couple games ago and a few games before that i went 14 and 2. Why do people think jinx is so good?

She's insanely effective in solo queue, that's why... lol Their tiering system isn't based on pro play.

shes an ad scaling utility mage with an attack speed steroid that outclasses melee adc. jinx has something of everything.

i laugh every time someone calls her weakness low mobility, when she starts ghosting in a teamfight as soon as she gets some random assist.

she has no direct counter on bot lane, but counters champs herself.

last time i checked, her hardest "counter" was ashe with a winrate of just about 50% against jinx. since they overbuffed some of the marksmen, so that might not be the current situation anymore. but she will never have below 50% winrate with her current kit.

Minigun shreds towers and she can aoe from a good distance making it easy to keep her damage constant because you'll need a strong assassin to get to her assuming her team can peel.
