Why don't we get a notification when other players report us?
I want to know if I really just got reported for building zz'rot, or they were just salty.

So you don't go on a witch hunt.
Probably so that you aren't antagonized any further by the other player's actions.
It serves very little benefit while just increasing your stress and increasing the chances for you to remain stressed when you queue for your next game.
Such a feature would have a net-negative impact.
