who is the very smart and highly educated riot employee who thought it was a good idea to restore the broken mess that is Leblanc, she is able to land a combo in half a second on a champion under their turret and completely avoid taking damage... why is it this champion gets this stupidly broken mechanic. get your mind out the damn dirt riot there are way more important fixes that need to be done to this game, other than restoring broken outdated mechanics back.

I don't like leblanc but even I can admit that the rework hurt her more than it did good. But the way she is now is too frustrating to deal with. We need to find that happy middle ground.
Ok sure but why1 votesI literally made a post about what that middle ground is; gut her W damage and increase her damage elsewhere so she has to actually think before engaging

The very fact her W is her main source of damage is the only reason she has any risk at all. Sigil of Delay LB had no reason to W on top, and could delete squishies with Q RQ + gunblade with very low risk.
