Restored Leblanc

who is the very smart and highly educated riot employee who thought it was a good idea to restore the broken mess that is Leblanc, she is able to land a combo in half a second on a champion under their turret and completely avoid taking damage... why is it this champion gets this stupidly broken mechanic. get your mind out the damn dirt riot there are way more important fixes that need to be done to this game, other than restoring broken outdated mechanics back.
