Agree with the overall nerf but......

Why change Ryze so much taking out the skill factor? I get it, this champion needed nerfs, but there was 0 reason to rework him to being a simple braindead champion. His spell flux is a joke now, you just throw it on the minion wave and Q, or throw it out in a teamfight and Q. The only thing to think about now is whether to root or slow someone, both of which are solid options, both granting you the shield without having to combo correctly. Pretty sure his E just doesn't get maxed yeah? His Q now scales off of its own rank. Also throwing the mana crap on the W to make him easier to lane with.

So can we expect the same treatment with Azir, make him alot worse while taking out the skill factor?
