Can we buff Diana's base Attack Speed?

This champion is horrendous in the jungle, and buffing this stat would help her there without pushing her insanely in the mid lane. Shes borderline viable and just needs a little push to early clear. Just buff her base attack speed to .700 and shes gonna be fine.

They should take her AP scalings from some of her abilities and put them in her passive and add some AS
