Varus feels underwhelming compared to the rest of the ADC's so far, and making his W his passive would be great since his passive is a bit lackluster, plus a steroid or mobility on him would be really good.
Varus is fine it's pokey champion with clear strength and weakness.

Try playing him in Snowdown or get lucky and get him in ARAM, he is literally god mode in those games, hands down number 1 champ there as long as you build him as AD caster ( armor pen, AD, CDR) and can hit your Q.
