The original Duskblade had a 'zed-like' mark with a timer. like 3 seconds after basic attacking, it'd deal true damage upwards of 90% of your total AD or something like that. Then it goes on a 120 sec cooldown. So yeah it was delayed. But that was 2 seasons ago. This is season 8 now. Everything changes.
