How many of the recent changes were inspired by Blizzard?

Can someone from Riot or someone that has actual information on that and capable of providing source for it give an answer on this?

Because recent additions look more and more like some kind of unholy spawn from Riots and Blizzard collaboration. It far passed the stage of just taking sneak peeks. Its... Really hard to think that it is accidental. Especially considering that rumors about Riot and Blizzard cooperating to some extent exist for quite a while. Yea surely there are some people that have been working for Blizzard that working on League atm. But it does not really explain why those have come to be. Especially considering that those changes and additions spread much wider than influence of several people can go.

And if it actually isnt just pure coincidence - what exactly made Rito think what it is a good idea to go that way?

Well Ghostcrawler (who now left the team) was working for Blizzard before joining Riot. I believe it's not really a coincidence

Do expand on what you mean by "recent add ons seem inspired by Blizzard."

Because, you know, League began as DOTA, a mod for Warcraft 3 - a Blizzard game. When the servers died, the modders who made DOTA struck off and made their own company - Riot - and made their own proprietary game - League of Legends. One of the original modders didn't join Riot, he was hired by Valve to attempt to create a sequel to DOTA after they realized the gold mine that the MOBA was after League began to pick up - thus DOTA 2 was born.

So in essence, League's always been inspired and interconnect with Blizzard. So do expand on what you mean.
