Anyone else struggling w farm patch?

I play a lot of leblanc mid and now its impossible to farm. I cant farm under tower anymore, I cant farm and poke, I cant even farm late game. Any tips to help with the new farming update?

Last season I was silver 4 now I'm silver 5. Farming isn't new I can do it just fine with other champs but I have such a hard time farming with leblanc.

Yes. On karma for me. It feels literally disgusting trying to CS.

I guess it's the 5 damage they gave to autos to compensate the rune removal and then took away this patch or the last. Not sure.
