Can we please give leblanc a rework, she's so much fun to play and has so much carry potential but she just can not farm without a lot of mana for her abilities and even then its a challenge. I end games with 100 farm if I do well. Her basic attacks need to do more minion damage or something because farming with her makes me want to jump out of a high-rise. Thank you this is my only PSA
Like the skywalker said, Leblanc doesnt need an easier time farming, shes fine as is. Everyone has to have something they are weak at, no? Leblancs farming takes patience to learn. She already is dominate in lane, being able to kill people quite easily. She needs to be punishable.
The thing is... i don’t think making leblanc lanephase easier would be a great idea for a main reason, she already has an easy lanephase being that dominant. At least she has to have any issue in lane, to be... worried about anything. Imagine leblanc being as dominant as it is but also farming with her eyes closed, uh fun lane to play against. I underetand you but personally i cant agree, im so sorry
She did have a really amazing rework but unfortunately it was reverted. Now she's in limbo until a full VGU probably which will be years away.
Waveclear is Leblanc weakness, deal with it. Don't rework a champion and give them 0 weakness.
They reverted her last rework partly due to her having waveclear in that version.
They tried that in season 6 and she was the most broken thing in the game. No thanks she can stay shit at the beginning of the game unless they're fully removing 
forever.
