My MMR

So I got off league for four days. I was at like a 52% win rate at the time in gold 5. Was doing ok. When I cam back. I was losing 23+ Lp a game. Was winning 13-. Got demoted to silver 1 after something like win lose win lose win lose lose lose. What the fuck. Happened to my MMR when I got off league. OP.GG Is consistantly saying my mmr is tanking when I have not gone on any real hard lose streaks at all recently. I dont get it. Did riot raise the MMR ceiling yet again?

It's always been like that from what I have seen. Might be worse, but it was still bad before. And people wonder why people are toxic in ranked...

I do not ever remember this happening. I would take months of vacation from league and come back and be fine. THis time. Nope Riots just like fuck you. Eat shit go back to silver.
