Is dual adc in draft a reportable offense?

As long as you actually take a support gold item and don't take the CS from the player who actually got assigned Bot, no, I wouldn't consider it reportable.

I would consider it a stupid pick in most circumstances*, though. But stupid ain't reportable.

*(Like, Ashe or MF support can make sense once in a while, but you need to build a comp around it, which won't happen if you're not premades, and if you were premades you wouldn't be asking this question in the first place, so...)

As long as you don't abuse or int or play to lose, you can pick any champion, any role and build any path. But given how bad adc players are in normals, be prepared to get flamed and trolled by them for picking not-so supportive support picks.

is one of the popular adc played in support afaik and she is fun; her E can be really helpful to check on opponent's jungler and her W poke is really annoying if played well.

Anything and everything is reportable if you're pissed off enough.

And that's up to the people in support to decide. If they caught you actively griefing when you were reported for griefing they will ban you.

But pretty unlikely. Everyone reports everyone for all the wrong reasons just cuz they get pissed off and tilted before a game even starts.
