Laning Phrase is f*ing important!

My last game, my supp just decided he wouldn't step outside of turret... and the time he did, he missed all of his abilities and we lost a fight... and proceeded to say.. 'That's why'... You missed all your abilities mate, that's why we lost that fight.. And for clarification, this person was a rakan..

We won this game but ashe had a sizable lead over me and the rakan made other plays around the map which resulted in a nice win... But still he was absolutely useless in laning... I couldn't farm worth shit, as soon as I would go for some cs, they would crowd me and I would realize Oh, my supp is no where to be found... So if out Fizz/Yi didn't pop off like they did, we would have gotten stomped that game, hard

I don't care that you now have one million assists, you made this game harder by legit not doing anything during laning phase! I don't care about kills... My CS however, I need that! Or else, enemy adc is completing their IE enhanced boots while I'm still working on my freaking BF sword! Come on man!
