Fiddle next OP supp

Rengar might be back in a big way. Bot lane is prone to 4+ man ganks atm. Fiddle shuts it all down. Yes he's a squish, but if you get jumped by 4 people bot, one E can silence the lot of them, and who hasn't felt that Q before. He also scales awesomely into the late game.

Obviously it won't last, but right now I think it's very strong. At least I'll be using it. Down in the botlane singing Neil Young ... "everybody knows this is nowhere..."
