PLEASE pass those shield changes
That way players have to THINK before mindlessly spamming a shield onto their teammates. Proper timing is actually required!

Proper timing is already required. If you don't use a shield as a reaction to an enemy (just spamming it), then 80% of the time it'll waste away
Shields are fucking broken dude they last so long they all should last as long as Yasuo's shield not for 5 seconds like wtf "proper timing my ass LOL"
