Listed below are the taglines for the Precision and Sorcery trees.

Precision - Improved attacks and sustained damage

Sorcery - Empowered abilities and resource manipulation

So riddle me as to why Presence of Mind, a rune that does nothing but manipulate your resources, is found in the precision tree over the sorcery tree. I see that you're replacing ultimate hat with nimbus cloak, well, instead of that, why not move Presence of Mind over to sorcery in place of Ult Hat? If you're going to rework runes to be completely out of place in their tree then move them to the ones that make sense.

Probably to prevent people from having both PoM and Triumph.

Huh that actually makes a lot of sense, well done. But there is probably some kind of reason why rito but presence in the precision tree, I think that it is because they wanted to give a little but more variety to what people can build with the runes, so they don’t have to only pick sorcery for resource manipulation. Cause then I think that the legend tenacity would have been in the resolve tree also.
