is ARURF truly RANDOM?

So I've been playing a bunch of pbe lately and almost every other game I either see a Fizz, Tristana, Malphite, and Xerath.

In my last five pbe games, four of them had a fizz in it, and two of them had a malphite in it. I see the same champs over and over again in this so called ARURF and it's truly infuriating. This isn't fun, it's torture. I hate seeing a malphite every game one shotting everyone on the team, I hate seeing a fizz every other game one shotting either my team or the enemy team. I swear to god the randomness in ARURF is not random and is highly biased.
