Nexus Blitz's Mega Ocean Drake Buff is... Pathetic

For those of you who have been living under a rock for the last few patches, Nexus Blitz has events that occur randomly and offer buffs to the team that successfully completes said events.

You can get buffs like Temporary Guardian Angels, really big shields that basically double your hp, Blitzcrank arms that shoot out of towers and siege minions to grab enemy champions and the... Mega Ocean Drake Buff...

Quite like the normal ocean drake, the mega ocean drake buff increases your hp and mana regen while out of combat except by a lot more and for 3 minutes. While it sounds good on paper, it's far less impactful than it sells itself to the point where it's hardly noticeable. I just had a game where we wound up with that stupid buff three times in a row and all three times we were massively disappointed.

Why is it not good? Well, it's not a free Warmog's or Garen passive that stands out really hard since you essentially never have to return to base, the regen is pathetic and you can't waste any time standing around in Nexus Blitz due to how fast-paced it is. While the others greatly help in the teamfights that abound in the gamemode, MODB doesn't do anything in teamfights and does very little outside of it.

Basically, just buff the thing to work within combat or entirely remove it. It's still in testing so no big deal.

That and what's the point of having such slow out of combat regen when if you're outside your base then you're almost constantly in combat. You're not out of combat long enough for it to even make that much of a difference.

And if you really needed out of combat regen, you'd just use the shortened recall and the brief walk back to lane.
