Balance out the distribution of LP Gains and Losses

I am currently at an MMR where a Win = 17-19 LP and a Loss = 19-24.

What bothers me the most is when I notably am the carrier of the team, strain myself trying to pull wins with a sack of potatoes on my back, LOSE, and still get ex: 24LP taken away.

Riot did a great job of analyzing players' performance specific to their role and grading them all the way up to the tough-to-earn S+.

The coding is there. Riot knows who did well in a game and who simply did not. I think Riot should create an LP distribution system in which you earn or lose LP based not JUST on your win/lose, but on your performance as well. I know this currently and SLIGHTLY exists, but I'm looking to see a rework.

Example.

Win-

C+ : +14 A- : +18 S : +22

Lose-

C+ : -18 A- : -14 S : -10

The odds of you being matching with players EXACTLY similar to you are nearly non existent. If odds are you only have a fair match made 1/5 times and 4/5 you lose while hard carrying, you don't deserve a total of -80 LP for those 5 games, THAT is not fair.

If your play style is that of a constant S grade or higher, but you're matched with 4 C-'s constantly, you DON'T deserve the same placement as them. I would like to say a rating system more focused on the individual, and how well they attempted to play with their team at the least.

Good people don't deserve to suffer for the mistakes of AFKers or careless players.
