Inters get punished harder than flamers, they dont have punishments prior to the 14 day ban. Flamers are just straight up easyer to punish. Its easyer to automate. Inters/New players/bad players and players having a bad game are hard to tell apart for a automatic system and they dont want to punish innocent people.
