Yes! Although Freljord Taliyah is really good for a 1st skin concept.
As a Taliyah main since her release, I have learned patience.... and suffering.

She's getting one soon! Crown, the midlaner for 2017 World Champion team Samsung Gaming, chose her to receive a Samsung Galaxy skin. She's also potentially due for a Star Guardian skin, although I find those a little cringey and shudder to imagine the fanservice laden lore that would accompany the release.
She needs a skin where she has mini skirt and boots, imagine how hot her Freljord skin would be without the pants on (but its still great either way)
