Can we make Gragas a little faster?

For some reason Gragas has a 330 base movement speed. I get that he used to be a backline mage, but now he's a frontline AP brawler. He could use some extra movement at this point.

I find it weird that Gragas as a melee character who throws himself into the fight is slower than Zed (who has a whopping 345 movement speed despite being already one of the most mobile characters in the game as well as having range).
