So I was reading on Reddit about Lucian.

When I saw this little tidbit from a Rioter.

"Originally, this was how Relentless Pursuit worked: it would turn you into a bolt of light, hide your health bar, stop drawing your regular model, and it would shoot out in four directions. Only when the ability ended would the enemy see which one of the four bolts of light was actually Lucian. Turns out that's crazy strong on an ADC kit. Sadface."

Well, after the nerfs Lucian sustained and the fact that Kalista was released, Relentless Pursuit is incredibly undertuned. It's literally just a dash now with CD reduction with his passive. You might say that's the uniqueness of his dash. But Graves gets additional attack speed when he dashes and he reduces his dash's CD with each auto attack. With the removal of Lucian's slow cleanse, he literally became a poor man's Kalista.

The idea of Lucian being able to dash elusively would be an amazing change to give Lucian an identity rather than being sort of good at everything but completely outclassed in everything.

Unnerf his passive damage and he will be fine

That actually does sound way too good. We'd go right back to everyone complaining about Lucian all over again.

With the assumption that we're probably never going to have the old passive or Lucian Bolt again, I think bumping his Range to 525 and either bringing back the AD on his W or adding more utility to it is likely all we're going to get. Maybe if they allowed Allies to get the Movement Speed on marked targets.
