Lets Just rework Eve (again)

Eve needs reworked again so lets get it right this time.

Passive Shadow walk: When Eve is invisible she moves 40% faster and whatever spell she uses first out of stealth is then 20% more effective.

Q- Hate spike: Eve damages enemies in a line, if Hate spike is the first spell used out of stealth, her enemies take 10% more damage from her autos.

W- Dark Frenzy: Eve becomes stealthed for 5 seconds and when she comes out of stealth her auto attacks do 35% of her ap for 5 seconds.

E-Ravage: Eve attacks her target twice and slows them by 20%. If Ravage is used first out of stealth, the target is stunned.

R- Agony's Embrace- Eve marks her target in battle, that target takes 15% more damage from all spells Eve uses. If Eve kills her target, she automatically stealths for 5 seconds and may mark a new target in this time. The ult will reset up to 4 times.

Eve can be an assassin sometimes but not very well and not very often, this kit would work better to that effect, but if you have a better idea post it.
