Lets create some broken, yet cool passives we would love to see

I'll start.

Manual attack: (insert champion name) has no attack speed modifier, instead, the player manually clicks the enemy champion to fire on them. The faster the click , the faster the auto attack. The attack speed modifier on items is reduced by 2/3 and just affects "attacks per click".

In theory, if someone clicks fast enough they could be faster than Kogmaw. Obviously, modified mice would not work with this character so no million of clicks per second cheats.

This sort of character might be best used with the "ranged version of Udyr" concept that is still on the shelf since it would require so much concentration just to attack, as this character exclusively rewards apm players.

What concept or mechanic would you like to see?

A percentage of damage taken from enemy champions is ignored and stored as (rage). (Champion name here) gains 1% lifesteal for every 2% (rage) and 1% attack speed for every 1% (rage). At 100% (rage), (champion name here)'s next attack deals 50-250 bonus damage (based on level) and (champion) gains 50% movespeed, tenacity, and slow resist for 3 seconds. Empowered attack consumes 50% of the rage bar. No cooldown on passive rage boost.

(Insert name here) Every time a spell lands, he gains a "charge". At 4 charges, his ultimate is useable (even at lvl 1) it does 25% of all teh damage he has done that entire game to that target champion (25% of mag as mag, etc.) That means he becomes insanely strong later, and will always be stronger against his lane opponent.

Champion becomes untargetable for 1 second every 10 seconds.

Every third auto attack does 100% of all nearby enemies health in true damage, and you are held for the same amount of damage dealt.

Critical hits against enemy champions slow them by 20-35-50% (Depending on level) and ground them for 0.2-0.6-1 sec. (10-7-5 second cooldown per champion)

Does not apply on aoe crits (like shiv, runaans, jinx rockets) or "crits" (Anivia's boosted E damage or Karthus's solo Q damage)

(insert champ name) every time he lands a skill he gains a stack the stack max's up to 7 and each stack grants the champ 10% bonus attack speed along with faster projectile speed all stacks are lost when at 25% health but gains bonus movement speed capping at 455

% of damage TOTAL damage taken during the game is turned into bonus armor and magic resist. Essentially, would be unkillable on a juggernaut
