I am legitimately confused on this...

Vayne has been one of, if not the best, adc's in the game. She went an entire season and is still currently very good. She isnt AS strong early but late its the same story which is fine with me. But this I don't get....You take away 2 ad and then make her stronger against tanks, weaker against squishies ok fine sure.

Lucian is strong for half a patch and you take away 2 ad and reduce the ad on his ult. Not ONLY can it be cancelled by CC, he has to move with his target to do any awesome damage. Why hit his ult? Do you want it to ONLY be used for wave clear? At least let his e cancel slows again since it costs mana. There better be some compensation buffs aside from the max damage increase on it because then he would have to hit the ENTIRE thing on one person to do good damage, which we all know is pretty hard.
