Added an xp bar on the HUD of the allies

It'll be useful to give information to our jungle or even when we roam a lane to find out if our ally will soon level up or not, It frustrates me when my jungle makes me gank and I'm 1 or 2 minion away from up level 6, and it's not easy to ping on the very small xp bar during an action/laning phase :/
