Can we please have some meaningful update for singed?

Singed feels so bad right now, fighting him is less than no fun. either he runs behind the tower and kills him self if your jungler comes, and if he's in lane, you can never kill him he builds 3-5 darkseals and just regens in lane permanently. if you're playing him, quite literally the only thing fun about a tank that runs around is buying the items that make you fast, it's not a mechanic in his kit and it sure as hell doesn't have counterplay, he just runs really really fast at you and flips the squshies into a now grounding Huge slow, this is so unhealthy in all honesty and STRONGLY believe needs to be reworked or at least toned slightly because dashing or flashing wont help he has 900 move speed around 500 more than anyone else and he's nearly the tankiest guy in your game, its very VERY irritating to fight a fast tank with any cc. can you please maybe give his kit some depth or something, it's bland, boring and just powerful.
