Ive faced a decent amount of elementalist lux and I never had any issue with seeing her abilities, the only real p2w skin in my opinion is frostfire annie, and that was before she had a bar under her, before then her stun molded with her E almost perfectly making it impossible to see it without clicking her and check if she had it, which since this was before mage rework annie, that slight moment is prob enought for her to kill you

most skins are straight up pay to win, its just how much is the question

if its even 1% harder to fight against a skin than the original because the animations take 1% longer to read, its pay to win

they need to straight up ban skins from competitive play altogether

So true. Honestly the only argument i can even agree with with P2W is that if you are color blind to the particle changes. And even then thats a slight player base.

Id argue that since many skins make then flashier its EASIER to play against skins.

Many janna mains only have like 1 skin they can play competitivly because all the others make the tornado a joke to dodge
