Twitch play style help

I've play league for a while now. One of the thing I wish to learn to play well or even master is Twitch . The reason being I like him as a champion and as a character. But the problem is I have run into two main issues with playing him. First last hitting with him is hard thanks to his passive. Seconded is build the right rune page on him. I'm looking for a fellow twitch player or players who can tell me good whys to play as him and builds on him.
