I'm requesting a cap on crit at 40% just like pen and lifesteal. The whole design behind crit is that it hits once in a while when you damage someone, if it's 100% like it is right now with just 2 items it becomes null as an RNG effect and makes the champs who use it severely broken as you can clearly see (aka yasou, vayne, kayn, pretty much the entire assassin tier).
what two items =100%(while not on yasuo)?
what if instead of modifying crit % cap, crit dmg was modified from X2 to X1.5, I.E. brings it back to X2, an since we have no way to test this effect, if needed while having I.E. crit % above 100% is converted into crit dmg(which would in my opinion make it feel like a real I.E.)
You literally just nerfed Yasuo's passive with so little thought... and tryndamere... and ADC's in general...
