Champions that will be strongest with Luden's Echo?
Personally, I was thinking Diana, Kennen, and perhaps AP Sona and AP Ez.

i did the calcs and posted them somewhere search " luden's versus deathcap" on google and my calcs should come up
Cassiopeia will probably proc it faster than any other champion and will get by far the most uses out of it in a team fight, so I'd say her.
Ziggs and AP Ezreal will be freelo.
Does Eve's Hate Spike count? It's range is not that great, but it is spamable.
Any champion with one or more low CD spammable skills and a ranged attack to proc it.
in my opinion would be pretty overpowered
