@Riot, what is Veigar supposed to be?
I mean like, gameplay wise, what was the thought process when he was being made?
Is he supposed to be a "stun--then proceed to fling all of my abilites at someone" thing?

He's the ultimate burst mage and anti mage in one.
Like how he is a sorcerer of evil he will trap other mages and use their own power (AP) against them. and like any good villain or wizard he learns (gets Q stacks) more as the game goes on and becomes stronger.
This is just my opinion but it makes sense considering how his lore and abilities and play style match up.
More specifically Veigar is their to one shot ADCs and counter AP builders, plus his team fight stun can change games.
He's a hypercarry burst mage. His goal is "farm like crazy then kill one person really hard"
But why have an AP counter when you can have somebody that counters any semi squishy laner. I love veigar, but considering zed alone is 30% of this games playrate, I'm starting to lose faith.
, but shorter.
Veigar is suppose to be your ticket to killing one person on the rift for sure...
Like, idgaf if its Zed or even a non caster, if they arent building shit tons of health and mr they wont live regardless of the amount of ap they have
This midget is the paragon of burst mages ;l
late game monster if he is left alone
Don't forget a farmed Veigar has a W that will do 1300 aoe damage late game. On a regular skill. With only a 10 sec cd. He can do tons of aoe damage after he erases a carry.
