Not sure why the training wheels jungler is fucking tip tier at every single elo but this guy needs a nerf. He is so broken for a multitude of reasons. You can literally get first blood every single game if someone passes the river because teehee fear. He is almost impossible to kill, has disgusting chase down potential, can duel pretty much any champ and win. Ult is disgusting in general. Just do something! Lower the healing, his fuckin damage, his move speed, SOMETHING
