I feel like Zed's shurikens are too strong, for a melee assassin, I think you should adjust more damage to his E from his Q, so it's riskier for him to harass in lane.
Update on Balance: Maybe we should increase spin damage on zed, and reduce spin dmg on the shadow zed
Be careful what you with for. His E he can use 2 times in one shadow. It would actually be safer for Zed.
Before they go after Zed they need address the mana famine in mid lane. Until Athene's>Morellos current regen, Riot should avoid trying to balance "resourceless" champs.
I'd actually rather not, when he ults his E is pretty much guaranteed damage, the only thing dodgable(without zhonya) are shurikens (and even that rarely gets juked )
Riot just has to make him LESS rage inducing because laning against zed is always an awfull experience for the other guy because of how annoying it is.
