There seem to be a lot of players who don't know objective control. They keep thinking that spending a lot of time mid game, afking in bushes and taking kills/getting killed are a smart thing to do for the rest of the game. Or players who think that they can 1v5. Or players farming jungle right after an ace. This was the only report that doesn't get a player banned, and these players can have fun whatever they're doing in the lower tier games.

And as for a source, If you played lots of ranked back when you could be reported unskilled you will have noticed a couple things
The people in your games will have lower and lower banners.
the people in your games suck a lot more, Which i loved to be honest i could use stupid builds.
it's not from a rioter but from experience, I played normals a lot on my old account was something like 1570 wins and 1300 losses (Again because that unskilled button lol thanks for the easy wins)
LostFr0st1 votesI don't see a reason to bring it back; it was probably a ton of work to sift through the legit reports from the troll ones. Having it there meant reporting was a joke sometimes and it shouldn't be.

Athina1 votesWhile you technically aren't wrong about people being bad players, there is absolutely no reason to have a report for it. You can't punish people for being bad at the game; that just doesn't make any sense. So why even bother to have an option for it? It was just a feel-good thing for people who were whining about things other players were doing that weren't actually reportable.
Immediate edit: I want to be clear that I don't think that all players around me are bad, just acknowledging that every now and then we all run into players that we feel are "bad".
Darkslayer851 votesI check the match history of every game I play with someone who's bad. 9/10 are CONSISTENTLY bad without making ANY attempt to better themselves. I don't care if you have an off-game, as long as you're improving. Like I said 9/10 of people are NOT trying to IMPROVE and so they are bad. I can accept if you're not on that high of a level, but the fact you're not trying to better yourself is not acceptable.
