@Riot Discussion about Sunfire Cape

I want to address that with the introduction of the new items, Sunfire Cape has become outclassed in all ways. I'll give a few short points, if you want I am willing to expound upon them.

- Much greater wave clear and overall stats for a fighter throughout the game. - Better defensive stats and also gives mobility.

I am a Garen main and I always would buy as my first item in lane, but now that Garen is a health stacking fighter I simply see no reason to buy anymore with these others items providing better def stats, more health and overall better sticking power. Also tends to not be very useful late game compared to nearly every other item cost wise.
