Let's talk about Shyvana!
Just wanted to bring up a few things regarding Shyvana and her kit as they don't really make that much sense.
Shyvana's kit does mostly magic damage. Her burnout is magic damage and adds magic damage on hit. Her e does magic damage. her ult does magic damage. This would lead you to believe that maybe sorc shoes are the best bet on her. But, her base values/growth don't allow for a truly full damage ap build because her ratios are mixed. Her burnout only has an ad ratio(how does AD provide more magic damage when it is a ring of fire that surrounds her? Physical strength shouldn't affect her fire's strength since it is magical in nature and deals magic damage.) Meanwhile, her twin bite deals physical damage, but that's okay because it is literally her punching/chomping with her fists/jaw/wings etc. What I'd like to see is either a split between the ratios on shyvana's w dps as part ad and part ap, or placing increasing the ap scaling on hit with her w. Her e is honestly a perfect ability.
My next issue is how fast she loses her dragon form in a fight. Obviously, in a teamfight situation, this is her shining moment where she can be impactful. However, she gets kited far too easily, even with her burnout active. When not autoattacking or in combat/using her spells, her dragon form rapidly decays a bit too fast for her to remain impactful. She hardly has an opportunity to use her empowered abilities more than a single rotation, and this is supposed to be what makes her a good champion is this special form that is temporary. I feel that allowing her some sort of slow resistance or tenacity in this form(cause you know, she is a GIANT DRAGON so slow resistance or tenacity makes a degree of sense) or a lessened decay rate makes sense.
